The athletic philosophy at Concordia University of Edmonton is to foster the physical and mental well-being of student athletes, to promote the values of fair play and ethical conduct, and to encourage participants to achieve their personal best in both athletics and academics.
Applicants for admission to the first year of university studies must have a minimum overall average of 60% in five appropriate grade 12 subjects with a minimum grade of 50% in each subject. You may qualify for special admission if you are:
- 21 years of age or older without a high school diploma
- A transfer applicant from another post-secondary institution
- An applicant lacking an appropriate high school course
Concordia University of Edmonton offers programs in the following disciplines: Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education (After-Degree), Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Management, Bachelor of Environmental Health (After-Degree), Master of Information Systems Security Management, Master of Information Systems Assurance Management, Master of Arts in Biblical and Christian Studies, University transfer programs and academic upgrading/continuing education.

Who Should I Talk To?
If you are seriously interested in attending Concordia University of Edmonton and participating on an athletic team, the first person you should make contact with is the head coach. It is important you contact the coach as soon as possible as they are continually identifying potential student athletes for possible roster positions. They will be able to discuss with you your potential for becoming a participating member of the Thunder athletics program.
