The Faculty of Arts and especially the members of its Department of Fine Arts are pleased to welcome our newest colleague, Glenda Stirling, as an Assistant Professor of Drama, beginning 1 July this year. Professor Stirling earned her MFA in Theatre Studies at the University of Calgary, and has taught a variety of courses in acting, speech, and professional development. She has written, developed, and directed many plays at numerous venues throughout Alberta and also at The Shaw Festival. Professor Stirling looks forward to joining her colleagues the Drama program and the opportunity to share her many gifts with the Concordia community, in her words, “contributing to the development of the next generation of Canadian theatre artists.” Welcome, Glenda!
