Concordia University of Edmonton’s Biology and Environmental Science programs offer students the opportunity to gain a greater appreciation for the role of science in today’s society. One advantage that this department offers to student learning is small lecture and laboratory sections. We emphasize hands-on learning with exemplars that offer insight into the complexities of life and the challenges offered by environmental interactions.
The Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences offers 3- and 4-year Bachelor of Science degrees, giving you the option to either prepare for a professional career or move forward to professional programs or graduate school. Each program offers multiple concentrations or major options, and minors in biology are available to students in other areas of study.
