You can pick up your parchment package (parchment, hood, distinction cord, if applicable) from the Registrar’s Office (HA 120) for two (2) weeks after the conferral date.
Graduates who are unable to pick up their parchment package personally may give written authorization for a third party to do so. A letter of authorization must be provided that includes the graduate’s legal name and signature, as well as the legal name of the person collecting the parchment package.
The Registrar’s Office will only release parchment packages after the presentation of appropriate identification (government issued identification). This includes third party pick-ups.
Any parchment packages not picked up within the two (2) weeks of the conferral date will be mailed via Canada Post Registered Mail to the student’s permanent mailing address (within the greater Edmonton area only).
